Latin / Roman languages

FIRST NAME and LAST NAME are required. Scan results include matches where the first and last names match the matching person's profile. If a person is also known by other names, you can use any of his/her ''Also Known As'' names to scan for potential matches.

AKAs may contain last names, first names or both; names, which differ partially or completely from the names contained in the primary name fields; or names in addition to the names contained in the primary name fields.
MIDDLE NAME is optional (separate multiple names using spaces only).
DATE OF BIRTH is optional. Use DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY format. Scan results include matches where the matching person's profile has a matching date of birth, an incomplete Date of Birth but the same: Year of Birth, Year and Month of Birth, Day and Month of Birth, Day and Year of Birth or No Date of Birth.
GENDER is optional.
COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE is optional.
ID NUMBER is optional. When an ID Number is entered, matches will be returned if the ID Number is contained in the watchlist record. Supports National ID, Passport ID, Professional Registration ID, Tax Number, Insolvency ID or equivalent. The ID NUMBER field is applicable only for the Sapphire data source.

Cyrillic, Arabic and other languages (Script Name or Full Name) SCRIPT NAME or FULL NAME is optional when first and last names are available. Scan results include matches where the original script name matches exactly. If a person is also known by other names, you can use any of his/her ''Also Known As'' original script names to scan for potential matches.

You can choose to check FIRST NAME and LAST NAME or SCRIPT NAME / FULL NAME or both FIRST NAME and LAST NAME and SCRIPT NAME / FULL NAME.

You may also enter the full Latin-based Name of the person if you are unable to separate the name by First, Middle and Last Name.

ORGANISATION NAME ORGANISATION NAME is required. Note that punctuation, commonly used organisation suffixes (such as Pty, Ltd, Inc, Gmbh and Corp, for example) and special characters (such as &, - , @) are ignored. Scan results include matches where the organisation name matches exactly.

REGISTRATION NUMBER is optional. When a Registration Number is entered, matches will be returned if the Registration Number is contained in the watchlist record. Supports ABN, ACN or equivalent. The REGISTRATION NUMBER field is applicable only for the Sapphire data source.
